Project Number (e.g. 26-PARAVEFR-B-1): Generated by the Estimating Team using the approved Project Number Generator and issued upon project award.
Project Name: The unique name given to a project. It cannot start with a number and must be established by Jack, Ale, and Kam. Note: In ADP, "Project Name" = "Definition". Do not confuse "Project Name" with "Project Number". Once a project number is created, it can never be changed.
Address: The official project address.
Contract Name: The name on the architectural PDFs, typically labeled "Building Name" — i.e., the project name as stated in the signed contract.
